About MIFT
MSB Institute of Fashion Design & Technology (MIFT) was set up in January 2013 under the National University and is dedicated to the development of human resources for the readymade garments, textiles, Buying House, Fashion House and allied sectors of Bangladesh. The aim is to develop this university as a center of excellence for the study, research and development to serve the nation. it is functioning from 2013 named as MSB Institute of Fashion Design & Technology (MIFT), a pioneer and leading educational training institute specialized in the apparel sector of Bangladesh with a noble mission to produce skilled manpower for the local 100% export oriented readymade garments (RMG) sector. Currently, MIFT permanent campus is under Consideration at Comilla.

Welcome to MSB Institute of Fashion Design & Technology (MIFT) — a center committed to excellence in fashion and textile education under the National University. Since our establishment in 2013, MIFT has strived to meet the ever-evolving demands of Bangladesh’s vibrant readymade garments (RMG) and textile sectors. Our goal is not only to equip students with academic knowledge, but also to cultivate their creativity, technical skills, and industry-readiness to thrive in a globally competitive environment. We believe that education should empower individuals to become problem-solvers, innovators, and responsible professionals. At MIFT, we nurture this belief through dedicated faculty, modern resources, and practical training that aligns with the real-world needs of the 100% export-oriented garment industry.
